If you live in the Marion, IA area, you've probably seen The Grill Works set up at local home shows or gun shows. We're passionate about our community, and we love to give back to our customers that have helped us grow over the years.

There is currently no charge for our classes, but we do ask that you RSVP so we are sure to prepare enough samples for everyone.
Likewise, if your plans change, PLEASE, PLEASE let us know you will be unable to attend.
Last year we prepared Prime Rib for 120 RSVP'd guests, and less than 60 guests attended.
These classes are costly and we want to continue to offer these classes free of charge, but we need your cooperation to be able to do so.

PICANHA STEAK CLASS - Saturday, August 23 at 2PM
Join us to learn how to prepare Picanha steak, also known as top sirloin cap or coulotte. This flavorful cut of beef, is known for its thick layer of fat that bastes the meat while cooking, resulting in a juicy interior and crispy exterior. Picanha can be cooked as a roast, cut into steaks or served as steak bites. Learn how to prepare this flavorful steak two different ways.
Please RSVP for this free class so we are sure to have enough samples prepared. Remember, our class is held outdoors. Please bring a chair and your favorite beverage. Water will be provided.
